1. Using Gutusloaded
By using Gutusloaded, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, other users, third-party services or intellectual-property rights.
2. Artist accounts and access
Artist Portal accounts are personal to the authorized user. Gutusloaded may require approval before an account can manage a specific artist profile. Owners, editors and viewers may have different permissions. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Gutusloaded may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is compromised, misassigned, abusive or being used to alter artist information without authorization.
3. Artist, release and campaign information
You should only submit or publish information, artwork, links, lyrics, credits and other materials that you are authorized to use. By submitting material for publication, you confirm you have the necessary rights and authorize Gutusloaded to host, format and display that material within the requested Gutusloaded.com feature. Separate authorization and agreements are required for any third-party music or lyrics distribution; submitting content to Gutusloaded does not itself enroll you in an external DSP distribution service.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and rights status of information you provide.
4. Editorial coverage, charts and playlist consideration
Submitting music does not guarantee editorial coverage, an artist profile, chart placement or playlist placement. Gutusloaded may accept, reject, edit, schedule or remove editorial material based on relevance, accuracy, quality, timing, rights considerations and platform standards.
Chart positions should come from the published Gutusloaded chart process and verified chart snapshots. Paid playlist placement must not be represented as an organic chart position.
5. Smart Links and pre-save campaigns
Smart Links and pre-save pages are campaign tools. Destination availability, authorization and playback are controlled partly by third-party platforms. Gutusloaded does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available, preserve an API, accept a pre-save request or display a release at a particular time.
Artists and teams using email collection must only use fan information in ways permitted by applicable law and the consent provided by the fan.
6. Gutus Ads
Gutus Ads Beta can create and save campaign plans, recommended starting markets and platform allocations. A recommendation is not a guarantee of reach, streams, views, sales, listeners or conversions.
During Beta, saving or submitting a Gutus Ads plan does not itself purchase media or create a live campaign with Meta, TikTok, Google or another provider. Provider-connected media buying will only occur after the relevant integration, account authorization, pricing, budget and launch confirmation are available.
When paid launch becomes available, media spend and any Gutus Ads platform or management fee will be disclosed separately before payment or campaign activation. Users must comply with the connected advertising provider's policies and must have rights to use the promoted music, artwork, video, trademarks and other creative material.
Gutus Ads Pro may use AI to draft campaign strategy, hooks, advertising copy, scripts, creative briefs or future visual assets. AI output is a draft, may contain errors and must be reviewed by the user before publication or campaign launch. Gutusloaded does not guarantee that generated material will be accepted by an advertising platform or produce a particular commercial result.
Where AI image or video generation is offered through usage credits, the applicable credit cost will be shown before generation. Subscription access, AI-generation credits, advertising media spend and Gutus Ads campaign/platform fees are separate commercial components unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.
7. Artist Pro subscriptions and billing
Gutusloaded may offer paid Artist Pro plans on a monthly or annual recurring basis. Prices, included features and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, a recurring subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled or otherwise ends.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider such as Paystack. Gutusloaded does not store full payment-card details. Access to paid features may begin after payment is verified and may be suspended if a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or refunded.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable billing arrangement but does not automatically create a refund for time already purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated by Gutusloaded.
8. Artist referrals
Eligible Artist Portal users may receive a personal referral link. Referral clicks, registrations and qualifying paid conversions may be tracked for attribution. Rewards are only earned after Gutusloaded verifies that the referred account completed a qualifying payment and that the activity is genuine.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated traffic, payment manipulation, chargeback abuse or other artificial activity may be disqualified. Reward amounts, eligibility windows and payout methods may change prospectively. A tracked reward is not guaranteed to be payable until it has passed any stated review, minimum threshold and payment conditions.
9. Distribution early access
Features described as Early Access, planned, in development, under review or similar are not promises that a particular provider, store, feature, timeline or commercial arrangement will become available. Distribution services will be subject to additional terms when a production provider integration is launched.
10. Prohibited use
- Do not impersonate an artist, label, rights holder or Gutusloaded staff member.
- Do not submit malicious code, interfere with authentication, scrape protected account data or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not upload or link content you know infringes another person's rights.
- Do not manipulate campaign or chart systems through fraudulent traffic, automated abuse or misleading data.
11. Third-party platforms
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Audiomack, Boomplay, Meta, TikTok, Google, Mailchimp and other linked services are operated independently. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. Gutusloaded is not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions or changes to third-party APIs.
12. Intellectual property
Gutusloaded's site design, original editorial material, branding, code, chart presentation and platform features are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party artist names, music, artwork, trademarks and service names remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Availability and changes
We may change, test, limit, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also correct inaccurate metadata, links or editorial information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Gutusloaded is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party platform failures, unauthorized user submissions, changes in music-service availability or reliance on experimental/early-access features.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gutusloaded grows. Continued use after an updated version is published means the new terms will apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
